Final assessment
My attendance for PE 10 this year was good for most of the time I think the only times I missed class was for hockey or when I was sick other than that I don't think I've missed any classes. Everyday I come to PE I come prepared with my gym strip. I try to participate and bring positive energy as much as I can sometimes If I don't like the game I slack off and talk to my friends but in PE 10 the biggest thing I learned is to try new things rather then just played the same sport or game over and over again. Whenever we do fitness my goal is always to beat my previous score so that way I know I have improved my fitness, during choice I usually choose to play hockey because that's my sport and I can help teach other people if they never played before. I do help setup sometimes but not going to lie if I'm not asked to do it I usually won't but that's the one thing I want to change and I think that's a step to becoming a good leader helping set up and getting the game started, I try my best to encourage my peers to do there best on fitness days by competing against them that makes us want to beat each other and therefore we try our best at whatever it is. In grade 9 my highest on the beep test was 12. something and this year I got up to 14.4 that was a pretty big improvement for me for next year my goal is to get up to 15. I do hockey training outside of school and if I don't have any hockey I try to go to drop in with my friends that helps my fitness quite a bit my future goals are to make better dietary choices I think that I have a lot of training but I don't eat right and that affects my fitness I think if I start making better dietary choices that can help improve my fitness. I have noticed a pretty big improvement in my fitness throughout this year my beep test score went up and usually when we did the community run I would run most of it and then walk some of it but now I can run all of it without walking at all. I haven't really written that many blogs but the ones I have I think there pretty detailed but they lack evidence.

Mid-Term Assessment
So far I have had a great semester in PE 10. I always bring my gym strip and I'm always ready to go. My goals for this year where to improve my fitness and I think I accomplished them for the most part my highest on the beep test last year was 11.6 I think and this year i got 13.7 but I still want to get higher than that. My favorite fitness is the community run and i hope we do that in the near future. Some of the ways I improved my fitness outside of school is because of hockey , I usually have 4 ice times and 1 off ice training per week and I think that helps a lot.I try to be a positive energy in our class even if i dont think the game we are playing is not fun. My goals for the rest of the semester are to become a good leader and improve my fitness more.

I think i deserve a S. I have missed 2 classes because of a hockey tournament , I bring my pe strip to every class. I think i can bring energy to the class sometimes. My goals for this class are to improve my fitness , I think I kind of already achieved those because i got 12.5 on the beep test this year last year my highest was 11 but I want to continue to improve and I will do this by coming to every class and training outside of school.
