Mid-Term Assessment
So far I have had a great semester in PE 10. I always bring my gym strip and I'm always ready to go. My goals for this year where to improve my fitness and I think I accomplished them for the most part my highest on the beep test last year was 11.6 I think and this year i got 13.7 but I still want to get higher than that. My favorite fitness is the community run and i hope we do that in the near future. Some of the ways I improved my fitness outside of school is because of hockey , I usually have 4 ice times and 1 off ice training per week and I think that helps a lot.I try to be a positive energy in our class even if i dont think the game we are playing is not fun. My goals for the rest of the semester are to become a good leader and improve my fitness more.

I'm glad that the program is serving you Karn and I agree that much of you fitness gains must be coming from you intensive hockey schedule. Although you are a quiet leader by example, I encourage you to find you voice b/c I think that you might have insightful things to contribute. Be sure to let me know what you would like to see more or less of going forward Karn. With respect to the ball hockey, I appreciate your understanding of the direction that we've taken as a program. You are undoubtedly deserving of a roster spot this year but I hope you can be patient for the next - which proves to be a very promising team!
